Sujung is the Winner of the Best Student Presentation Award in 2022 Joint MMM-Intermag Conference, which recognizes and encourages excellence in graduate studies in the field of magnetism. This award is supported by IEEE-Magnetism and APS-GMAG. The winner receives a US $1,000 one-year fellowship.

Sujung was selected to receive a Conference Student Travel Grant in 2022 Joint MMM-Intermag Conference.

Sujung received an Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award for teaching in 2020-21 academic year in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at University of California Santa Cruz. The awardee receives a US $200 one-year fellowship.
